I accept and assume full
liability for any injury and or loss to me, or my property, agents or
employees at any time and from cause on the premises of the Proof-a-Palooza
Car Show and Fresh Fish Inc .
I expressly release the
Tiffany Plaza and Chandelle Development from any liability for such loss,
injury, or accident, and agree to provide and pay for my own insurance.
I also realize that Fresh
Fish Inc. and its owners are not responsible for accidents, injury, or
theft. I release Fresh Fish Inc. from any liability.
I understand and agree
that absolutely NO Alcohol shall be consumed in the parking lot at any time
during the event. Alcohol may ONLY be consumed that is purchased on the
patio or in the Proof or Fresh Fish Company. By signing this entry form
I agree to all terms as listed in this document.
NOTICE: Fresh Fish Co.
shall have authority to accept vehicle entry and shall have final word on
judging decisions.
